	Amit Srivastava, Chairman & CEO Founder DUX Soft Amit, as he is popularly known, is based out of Los Angeles, is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology enthusiast who started his first company as a junior in college that dealt with P2P and next generation Internet technologies. Subsequently, he worked closely with PC industry legend, and founder of PC, PC World, Mac World magazines, who invested in the company. Amit served as the Co-founder, COO & President of Foundational Net, Inc., a next generation Internet technologies pioneering company with focus on pay per-use software delivery and service oriented architectures. Based out of Berkeley, California the company did extensive work in XML Web Services and Grid computing technologies. A US citizen and a business graduate from University of California, Santa Barbara where he also took extensive courses in electrical and computer engineering and physics, Amit was always an entrepreneur first. He is constantly on the look out for new business opportunities and is a part owner in a Designer Home Furnishings companies in North America. Very familiar with International trade, he also owns two large trading companies based out of Los Angeles and Hong Kong that deal in metals trade in Asia and are one of the largest supplier of Far East goods to the Do-it-Yourself market in Northern Europe. With his avid interest the Digital Content Creation space, Amit co-founded DUX Soft Pvt. Ltd. to serve the growing needs of the Animation, Visual Effects, and Games industry world-wide. He has been instrumental in creating the vision of the Company, putting together a team of experts from HPC, Digital Media and Workflow, and growing the Company by over 340% in revenues. Drawing parallels between Digital Production and Digital Manufacturing, Amit is also spear-heading DUX Soft's entry in to Digital Prototyping space for automotive industry.
	Krishna Prasad, Executive Director & CTO Founder DUX Soft KP, as he is popularly known, driven by his passion for addresing a complex Industry, he explored new possibilities in the global market space and choose the Media & Entertainment industry, till date designed and provided specialized award winning Products & solutions . In the process he designed and developed various essential Process and applications for pipeline, Rendering and Advance Storage Solutions. His efforts at DUX are aimed to deliver Cost Effective and Optimized Products & solutions for clients considering current and future needs.
	Amir Shahinsha, Head Pipeline Technology Amir, as is popularly known. He is among the first generation of professional in this Industry And has more than 10 years of experience. Amir Started his career as Lighting artist and has worked in leading Animation Companies in India. He has been a key resource in animated features, series and High-end DVD's. He has been instrumental in planning and designing Workflows and Render Schedulers. He has been a Key resource in designing Digital Asset Library specially designed for Animation Industry. He has been the key person in initiating the development of Project Management Tool in DUX Soft. Amir is the first person to introduce Workflow Audit and has Audited Leading studios in India and has designed Processes which has improved the Studio efficiency tremendously.
	Jyothi Kumar, Head IMS Jyothi Kumar Yerneni Popularly known as Kumar is a Bachelor in Computer Sciences and has 12 years of experience in infrastructure development and technical support in the IT industry. He started his career as a Systems Engineer with a leading Corporate. He is very strong in Adapting and analyzing information, evaluating end-user requirements and custom designing solutions. Also got deep understanding and implemented Windows Cluster Computing for Digital Media Computing(Rendering) Purpose Experienced in Planning, Designing, Costing and Budgeting IT Infrastructure. His expertise includes analyzing the Network Design Architecture, Disaster Management, and Customer Support Services Team Management.
	T.N.Bharanidharan, Head Rendering Technology Burny, as popularly known, is an Engineering graduate specialized in Computer Science, has over 8 yrs experience in the Animation Industry. He started his career as an Effects Artist for regional movies in India. He also has expertise in Television promos, series and packaging and High-end DVD's. He has been a key resource in planning and designing the first in-house Render Management tool for Animation Studios using Sun Grid High Performance Computing (HPC) Engine. Burny has substantially contributed in developing SPARX - the next generation HPC tool developed by DUX Soft. He is the first technical support person for Pixar's Render man in India and is officially trained in Pixar’s Renderman from Escape Studios, United Kingdom. He is a certified Renderman Tutor by Pixar. He extends his services to various studios across the country in tuning the pipeline for optimized output.
